About the Project
This project includes the construction and civil engineering services for 513 Residential Units within Val de Vie Estate.
The Evergreen precinct is enclosed within 332 000m² as above area / 33,2Ha.
The scope of works includes approximately 5km of roads to be covered with paving / asphalt and kerbs.
All major services to be installed – 5km Water / 6km Sewer / Irrigation / Subsoils and Stormwater / Mass Earthworks of 80 000m3 generated.
Project Duration = 13 months.
