About the Project
This project includes the construction of 3 sections of the main road within the Val de Vie Estate which connect all precincts and join into the new Bergrivier Gate house on west side of Bergrivier.
Levendal Spine Access = 1200m including New Bridge / Spine Access Road = 1650m and the Pearl Valley Link Road = 560m.
The three main roads were covered with paving/asphalt and kerbs.
All major services to be installed – Water + Chambers/ Sewer / Irrigation / Subsoils and Stormwater and Culverts/ Mass Earthworks and bridge fills generated.
Spine Access – Project Value = R 77,12m including VAT & contingencies / Project Duration = 12 months.
Levendal Spine – Project Value = R 30,361m including VAT & contingencies / Project Duration = 4 months.
