We started with the bulk earthworks November 2015.We cleared and grub 211 000m2 of bush .We moved 230 000m3 of material, created a basement of 70 000m2 and created platforms for parking areas. We installed all the main bulk services. We completed the earthworks 4 weeks ahead of time. We then continued with the civil works. We created 32 000 m2 of asphalt parking, 5500 m2 of asphalt road,11 000 m2 of paving road,5800m2 of concrete hardstands, we cut the basement in tolerance for 70 000m2 of concrete parking and 800m2 of gabions . We installed all stormwater drainage and retention ponds .The project finished 2 months earlier. The Total project value was R73 000 000.
