About the Project

The Works will be constructed in three phases for a duration of 17 months.

Phase 1A, Phase 1B and Phase 2 consist of:

• Access road tie into Reitz Street
• Roads and stormwater infrastructure
• Stormwater attenuation ponds
• Internal water reticulation
• Bulk water pipeline and associated works
• Internal gravity sewers and connection to existing bulk line
• Sleeves/ducting for electrical, telecommunication and irrigation services

• Pipe: Total of 8950m
• Bricks: Total of 5080m2
• Electrical Ducting: Total of 8400m
• Asphalt: Total of 19 770m2
• Kerbs: Total of 7560m
